My first question is how many ML of water do i use all together for a 7mo taper cutting 1mg a week?

2nd question how much ML of water do i take out a day to= 1mg a week cut or/ very small cuts each day that totaled 1mg a week

THANK YOU!!!:)

Benzos (except librium) are NOT water soluble.  You must first dissolve it in a solvent (alcohol or propylene glycol) then it can be diluted with water.

If you'll post the benzo you're on, and your current dose, we can help you set up a taper procedure and schedule.

It's called liquid titration you dissolve your pill in water look it up

I've "looked it up" many times.  But I look it up on reliable sources, not youtube or message boards.  If you you google "diazepam solubility", or "clonazepam solubility" you will find that they, along with all benzos, except librium and midzolam, are insoluble or poorly soluble in water.

They can, however, be dissolved in a solvent like alcohol or PG, then diluted with water.  Bnezos are also soluble in fatty liquids, like milk (lipid-soluble)

"Diazepam is highly lipid-soluble,

The United States Pharmacopoeia lists diazepam as soluble 1 in 16 ethyl alcohol, 1 in 2 of chloroform, 1 in 39 ether, and practically insoluble in water."

(solubility in water is actually .04mg per ml)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diazepam

"Clonazepam

Water Solubility 0.0106 mg/mL"

https://www.drugbank.ca/drugs/DB01068

Here's more:

"Solubility of Clonazepam and Diazepam in Polyethylene Glycol 200, Propylene Glycol, N-Methyl Pyrrolidone, Ethanol, and Water at (298.2 to 318.2) K and in Binary and Ternary Mixtures of Polyethylene Glycol 200, Propylene Glycol, and Water at 298.2 K"

I plan on doing my taper with whole milk I just called it water titration because that's what everyone calls it

Milk will work.

But it seemed pretty clear you were planning to use water.

"My first question is how many ML of water do i use ..."

2nd question how much ML of water do i take out ...

"... you dissolve your pill in water ..."

But  to answer your questions...

Most folks make a solution of 1mg benzo in 100ml of milk.  Then obviously, every ml you take out represents a 1% reduction.
