Confidence

How did ones confidence come back ?  Was it gradual as you started feeling better and symptoms went away ? 

Confidence is a big problem for the one I am helping through this healing process.

In early withdrawal I had zero confidence or hope. For me confidence and hope come and go with symptom waves. When the suffering lifts enough my old self starts to come out again. I'm slowly regaining confidence with each window. I believe it will come back naturally.

Anybody else have feedback on how they are building confidence.  Or when in the process they felt they were gaining confidence.
