i hope so too  :smitten: i would say the windows of the "stuffiness" got better the last 2 months.

first i thought it is because of a sinus surgery i had some months before starting xanax but when so i would have had the problems immediately after the surgery..

do you have face pain too? like a stiffness in the face/sinusse/eye area?

I havent gotten the stiffness yet, just the breathing/sinus one ....ugh  :P

Thanks Camela! How are you feeling at 7 months?

Thanks BeatBenzos,

I'm definitely better than few months ago,the waves of anxiety/terror is not so intense as it was. Many physical symptoms has subsided.

But im still in the fog (dp/dr). I would explain it as the "wall of glass" has been somewhat thinner now.

So this is a very slow process, but we're healing!

Hang in there!

Definitely had the sinus problems! It went away just like all these other insane symptoms. Sorry you are suffering, hope it passes soon for you.

My husband has had this a lot. The feeling that even though his nose was open, he wasn't able to breathe through it. Sometimes he can feel the swelling in his nose, but sometimes it's more open and just leaves him with air hunger. We're still working on it - but also fairly early in withdrawal, but it's helped us to know we're not alone, so just wanted to let you know.

Thanks, I hope it passes for all of us soon!
