only thing that helped me during a 1 week period of major akethisia was walking and more walking.

Yes,I haven't had it for a long time now,so I hope it is gone.

I get some relief when walking and taking hot baths.

It started to improve at month 3 for me, the first weeks was hell.

 

Hang in there,it gets better!
