Does anyone else come out of a wave of mental symptoms and feel like they're waking up from a dream? Especially during acute? Like it's completely different thinking while in the wave. Anyone?

Yes! It makes me hopeful that all the dark times will be remembered as a bad dream, and not as new traumas. I had this amazing lift last Tuesday morning, and felt like Ebineezer Scrooge on Christmas morning after the visitations. Without the mental, for me, the physical stuff feels like mild annoyances. I read a success story that said "the windows are truth." I'm holding fast to that.
