I just tappered of 15 mg of mirtazapine 20 days ago.....is it ok to stat tappering my lorazepam now...or should i wait for a while.....i take one lorazepam at 9 am....one at 1 pm and one at 6 pm...my doctor wants me to lower the 9 am 1 mg to .5 mg.....im worried about it

Glad you're here for support and information for your Lorazepam taper.  Here are a couple of links to begin posting about your next taper.  I'd use Withdrawal Support to ask whether it's okay to start tapering, and General Taper plans for help planning your taper.  For what it's worth, I'd suggest a .25mg cut rather than a .5mg cut.
