I go from okay to thinking I need a divorce in a matter of seconds.  Then the heaviness sits with me for hours & hours.  My energy disappears, I feel suicidal & worthless.  I'm dissatisfied with EVERYTHING when this happens & completely unable to think positively or feel any gratitude.  I'm doing fine & have so much to be grateful for yet I hate everything in my life & always wantsomething to be different.  I'm miserable & im at 10 months.  Pretty much convinced I am bi-polar & that I'll never EVER get better.

I hear ya man I was just cryng an hour ago and now im not dizzy at all or anything, I actually feel really good. Is this a window or am i fucking bipolar
