Holy hell, day 5 of the worst headache and mood ever. This seems like a new chapter of healing. I'm scar d and optimistic at the same time. Scared because it won't let up and hopeful that this is a last go around.  Just venting

Vent away. I hope so too. Sorry to hear it's been tough again. I hate to say it out loud but I've had a good couple of weeks. I'm so grateful for these windows. You'll come out the other side soon. Hang in there.

I'm at 10 months & I went from ok to really good to suicudally depressed in 24 hrs.  Now I'm afraid I'm bipolar.  I hope I heal someday.  It's hard to remember just 5 minutes ago when it was good when I'm hit with a wave & I mean HIT!  It was out of nowhere today!

My depression was mostly gone from 7 months to 10, then it's been up and down since then. It comes and goes but I think it's a sign that things are shaking themselves out. I find it impossible to remember ever feeling good when I have a wave. The last 2 days have been rough but now I feel fairly good again today.
