How long was your taper and when did you jump or do you plan to jump? If you are done, how symptomatic were you?

Well, I was down to 1mg last November. Started at 2 last July.

Thought I would be done. Jumped at .07 last month and,reinstated. Going to try again this,month. Don't be in a hurry. I have basically been a pretty functioning mom throughout the taper and I could always tell when I was going too fast so I slowed. It's just going to take time.

It took me 12 months to taper from 1.5mg K. Then it took another 18 months after jumping to finally feel 95% normal. The lingering withdrawal symptom I have today is tinnitus.
