help buddies! that familiar wired n tired adrenal burn out. too much anxiety lately in a transittion and bf issues. stomach wrenched. 2 hrs sleeping.  ive had this like yr after tranzene spell so dont know how much wd attributes??

bf has all money right now, thinks its in my head and says no to dr and vitamins etc

feel xrtreme urgent hopeless
