Suffering Horrendously - Need help

Hi!  I am now 10 weeks of being totally off ally my poisons.  I am getting worse every day and can't take the suffering any longer.  I don't c any way out of this hell.  I desperately need some relief from the torture I am going through 24/7.  I am so alone and terrified.  I have no one 2 help me with anything and I have been left 2 get through this alone which I can't anymore.

Okay, so you feel like you can't go on. I get that. I've had that feeling very recently. Today in fact. But it's just a feeling. It's a lie. You can go on. You just have to choose to. I realized very recently that no one here can give you a magic answer. I was posting desperate things too. It's all up to you. I wish it weren't hat way. I wish someone could do it for us. Please don't give up. I'd come give you a hug if I could.  If we give up there's no chance of us ever getting better. Please?

I know how you feel, but you will heal. Just a week ago I was in terrible condition. Today I'm nowhere near good, but I do feel much better than 7 days ago.

Be sure to sleep as much as you can.

Eat well... smaller amounts, but more times during the day and hydrate yourself.

It will get better.

Do you have someone to be with you during your worst moments?

Hi.  Sorry you think you are going through this alone.  This site got me through, and I am basically through.  I beat a 2 year benzo habit and more recently a 10 year opiate habit.  It just takes time. 

 

I am trying to understand what you are currently taking and not taking.  Is it a WD from antipsychotics or are there benzo's in the story?  Hope you are not going cold turkey.  Feel free to im me if you need to just talk to someone.  I'm praying for you.  You are not alone.

What's worse than been alone is to have people around you and still feel completely alone. Hang in there, push through this. You can do it, many have! I'm very sorry for what you are going through. There is a light at the end of this dark miserable tunnel. And no I haven't seen this light as yet but i believe it's around a few corners ahead.

I went through this completely alone except for BB.  In some ways, I think it was good to be alone.  I'm retired, so I didn't have to worry about going out to work, another good thing IMO.  I didn't have to explain how I felt or why I felt that way to anyone, or justify myself to them.  I mentioned it in passing to a few friends and relatives who live out of state, but it didn't seem to make much impression on them.  The fact is, people who've never gone through this are not capable of fully understanding what we're going through anyway.  In order to do that, one has to experience it first hand. 

 

That's why this forum is so precious.  People here DO understand, and we're here to support you.

Best treatment for withdrawl is only time, I know u have heard it many times but this is the only option and hope we got, hope u get better soon.

I'm in the same boat and should post my story.  I'm scared and alone, too.  I like what Megan wrote.
