Should I stick to a schedule?

I'm down to .24mg ativan. I just picked up a new prescription last week. It feels slightly different than my old script so I'm adjusting to it. Anyway I'm mainly feeling really sleepy, having alot of nightmares, having some trouble sleeping, and feel disconnected most of the day. Can't really tell if this is withdrawal or because I need to cut more. Should I just stick to a schedule and taper? I don't seem to be having too many obvious withdrawal symptoms. It's hard to do a symptom based taper atm. It kind of feels like I'm popping melatonin 4 times a day, instead of ativan to be honest. So sleepy... it seems like I'd be really wired if I was in w/d. I feel kind of sedated though, which is quite out of the norm for me.

Your body is so stressed and full of mostly cortisol which is why you're so tired, myself included. I find a shit load of sleep helps, but other than that, smaller reductions. I would stick to always be reducing some amount- not necessarily a set amount though.

I weigh mine and while I'm on about .5mg clonazepam, that's about .170g in pill weight. So every week I try to take off at least one, sometimes two .001's off the pill weight. That's around 1% per week.

Slow, but you see my point. Hopefully that helps (obviously if you can handle it, go faster than me)
