I think it's important for healing that we stop making Benzos out to be demons. They're just pills. I think they even have their uses. The problem lies in doctors prescribing them flippantly, to just about everyone, without knowing the danger of more than very short term use. If you call something what it is instead of turning it into a monster, it loses some of its power over you. Just a thought.
