What is this symptom?

I feel a nerve or like a heart beating in my foot heel it might sound funny but trust me I can feel something beating in my heels, and also my legs are so tired and fatigued that I have been walking years and years without any rest, b12 deficiency or withdrawl?

I m having this after 8 months of withdrawl the tiredness have in my legs is killing, but when I start walking a little I feel feel better to a few degrees, so upset so weak😭

If you already took B12 why don't you take it again?

Doctor gave me six shots in 15 days and then asked me to wait for 100 days till they take another test, and they r not ready to give me any more injections before that I have requested them,I am taking b12 tablet everyday but it looks oral tablet does not make difference I m in so much trouble and pain now.

Hi Shahid,

This is definitely withdrawal. I personally couldn't take and still can't take vitamin B, it make my symptoms far worse. Perhaps you have a sensitivity to it right now as well? I've learned that all these crazy physical symptoms and pains are from the brain healing and they stop as out of nowhere as fast as they appeared.
