Valium vs Clonazepam use

I got paradoxal anxiety from Valium

But not from Clonazepam

I have start to be stable after my relapse 8 week now.

But what shall I do taper Valium is easier but I got such a horrible anxiety from them.

Clonazepam make me feel depressed...

What to do?

Stable on 15 mg Valium

Is it possible to mix?

How shall I taper?

The relapse is having many windows and waves from hell..

Feeling odd, and the fatigue is extreme. Just wanna sleep all the time

I can't really advise you on whether you could or should mix them or not. But if you look at the ashton manual, it shows many cross tapers from xanax, klonopin, ect. over to valium, where you would at least temporarily be using both at the same time. So at least according to that manual, you can mix them.

I tapered down from Clonazepam and in hindsight I wish I would have made the switch to Valium. From all that I have read and the people I have spoken to who did make the switch it was much less painful than Clonazepam.

Tapering from Clonazepam was hell. I taper off of it and then taper off the Valium. I definitely wouldn't keep the Clonazepam in the mix. It is one of the worst Benzos out there.  I hope you follow how to properly make the switch to the Valium and listen to your body as far as if you have to go slower with the cuts until you are off it.
