Hey there. I have had constant back pain in the kidney area for months. Right side of middle back. Also burning pain in my bladder area. Today it's worse then ever as is the otherworldly fatigue, ringing ears and other body pains.

I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow and now I'm really worried it is something serious. Now I am obsessing.

Could this be withdraw or something really serious? I just don't know what's what anymore!

Anyone experience this?

Thanks in advance :)

Good to get it checked. I have had all that both times. All tests normal. Severe burning bladder, colon, pelvic floor, spine, butt cheeks, arms...severe nerve and muscle pain, organ pain, tinnitus, etc etc...all chronic and scary. Makes you feel like you're going mad. Pelvis was hit severely.  It should go away in time. It morphs into other sensations. Numbness, tingling, pressure, rigidity, squeezing, drilling, vibrating, tightness...you can't make this stuff up.

Thanks Deziner,

I know the pain is real, but I also know my anxiety makes me obsess. I tried to do the gym today, but the pain/fatigue made me feel like a corpse. That along with pain and mental issues just makes me feel hopeless.

Hope and pray this stuff gets better.

Thanks again!

for future reference, if you have kidney or bladder pain, don't wait to get it checked out.  I was having bladder spasms a few weeks ago, but because I get so many muscle spasms, I thought it was just withdrawal (I get spasms of the organs, too).  Last week I started peeing blood and blood clots and had to pee every 10 minutes.  It is a bladder infection, and we are hoping it didn't go to my kidneys, which could be dangerous.  Unfortunately, I didn't have the other typical warning signs of a bladder infection/uti such as burning, so I had no reason to believe the spasms were anything other than my regular muscle spasms.
