So I've been having depersonalization hard core and I've been panicking so much because it feels awkward being human, like I'm suddenly aware of my existence where I wasn't before. I talk to myself constantly, thing to come back to reality. I really feel like if I change my perspective on life, it becomes doable. Like instead of thinking about how long every day is, and change it to thinking about how life is actually really short then maybe I'd be good.

I like your thinking, kat.  I just read another post of yours urging others to walk softly with one another.

Oh yeah, the introspection can be deep...way too deep and almost always in a bad way.  For me, the world became a desolate wasteland.  Early on, it was way too strong, so I was in constant conflict (intrusive thoughts about death mostly), but after awhile, 'mindfulness' or whatever you want to call it, became a big part of my life.  I had scoffed at it before, but I got to a point where I needed it.  I'm reading this book that has 'lessons' on just that, shifting perspective.  It's made my mind a much more pleasant place...definitely a work in progress, but it's helped me a lot.
