i was just outside shooting my bow and arrow and idk whats going on anytime i do anything like walking alot and obviously pulling my bow and shooting it and retrieving my arrow i get lighteded and the dizziness sets in and i feel anxious what the hell is this?

I would say yes from my own experience. My ears had so much pressure/pain it was scary. The dizziness came on at first then went away and then came back. When it came back it stayed around for awhile. The only time I had it was when I would lay down for bed or if I was looking up for any reason. It was similar to the feeling of laying down when you're drunk.

my legs get weak and i feel all worked up when i do anything strenuous or a constant activity getting heart rate up as well as driving it gets bad as well
