Can't go on much longer like this - need some hope

Hi!  I really need some help and hope that this is going 2 get better.  I am now 10 weeks of being totally off all my psych meds and I just keep getting worse minute by minute.  My symptoms r through the roof right now and I am terrified I will go insane if I soon don't get some ongoing regular sleep. 

 

Did anyone else's symptoms get way worse around the 5th or 6th week of being totally off all their poisons?  I have been going steadily downhill and need some reassurance this will get better.  My mind at the moment feels totally fried and like nothing will go in.  People tell me I'm in w/d and I hear it but 4 some reason it just doesn't go into my brain.  Then I start thinking "Yes, u r getting better but I won't.  I know these r intrusive thoughts, however, I just can't control them and they r scaring the shit out of me and telling me I will stay this way as I have done some permanent damage 2 my brain. 

 

I am all alone here and just want 2 get better so I can live my life again.  However, I have tried so many things and nothing has helped.  My family of origin totally shunned me 5 years ago and wants me dead.  I am beginning 2 believe they will get their wish as I feel like I am going 2 drop dead today. 

 

Please, if anyone is willing 2 b a buddy 2 me and walk me through the rest of this hell, it would b greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry. I hate that we're all having such problems in withdrawal. I hope you get some answers. I'm 7 months off and so much worse than I was early on in w/d. You're very tough to do this on your own...I have a little help and I'm crumbling.
