Dear Lee, I'm so sorry that you're going through such rough time for so many years. It seems that antidepressants prolonged your withdrawal condition.

Right now I'm in terrible state after being only 3 months + some very fast taper on diazepam. The only thing I'm trying to do is to escape ER, doctors, psychiatrists and all such bastards that will only tell me 'it's not diazepam' and put me on more benzos and AD's.

Your life is in your hands. Don't put your life anymore into hands of doctors because they can't help you. Give your CNS and endocrine system time to heal.

Wish you all the best and healing soon!

Thankyou I am on a antidepressant as well that's not doing anything but probably making things worse.im coming off the valium and I'd like to come off the antidepressant but I'm worried it would be too much

Lee don't come off them at the same time. That can make your mental symptoms too much to tolerate. Take a moment. Breathe. Be thankful for that breath. You only get one shot at this life.

Thankyou I'm just tired of it I've been screwed around for ten years with this and lost so much  and now I have to go thru it all again I feel like I'm the only one whose had such wrong treatment I feel like a fool and will I ever recover.

Yes. You will. But you're definitely not the only one whose ever done this. I think it will help if you'll stop thinking of yourself as the victim here. We were all damaged. You're not alone.
