Been in this wave to long

I know l'm a nuisance on here but does anyone know how long a wave last's(roughly) when caused by stress l have started to have a few short window's where l think it is going then it just comes back please help if this has happened to you l need every thing l can get.love Katx

Hi, sorry you're suffering so much.  If I'm reading your signature correctly, you and I are about the same amount of time off.  I haven't had much of a window/wave pattern, just non-stop misery, until this past week when I had a short window.  I've learned that many people don't have windows, just very slow healing.  To me, the improvements have mostly been imperceptible unless I compare my progress to several months ago.  I am definitely healing, and so are you.  Practicing acceptance that it is what it is, and it's going to take a very long time has actually been liberating for me.
