I find it strange, the way sometimes a success story will help me, but 90% of the time the positivity of that stuff only makes my anxiety and depression worse. This is such a scary thing, so far out of the realm of normal human suffering that it absolutely blows my mind. We are left here shattered and war torn fighting an enemy whose first order of business was to take away all of our mental and physical weapons. Essentially we are left standing there completely exposed while shrapnel falls all around us. It's the greatest battle of your life. I keep feeling like this experience will show me once and for all what I'm made of. Can I do it? Oh absolutely. Should I have to? No never. The question at the end of the day ends upl being, how bad do you want it? And even that you can't give a clear answer to, because the changes in your brain silence the real you for a while. The brain chemicals answer for you. And I usually don't like what they have to say. Stay safe people. I know you don't feel strong. That's okay. I love you all.

All you can do is continue to put one foot in front of the other and keep trying.  There is no upside to giving up.  You keep fighting.  Don't let the damn pills win.
