I feel every since I learned I have candida, I've had an increase in symptoms. In the span of three weeks, I tried treating it and got horrific die off akin to benzo withdrawal symptoms then from there, pain in the head which led to a root canal then fell ill with the flu or cold for a week and now learned I have blood clots in my lung. I have had a surge in my anxiety too. I feel absolutely out of my head. I can't find any relief. I'm 7 months off benzo and ssri but getting worse by the day. I don't know if this is the w/d or if it's from the candida...please help with any encouragement

Hi so sorry to see you suffering so much.

What I would try to cut out all sugar and weat from my diet and even would go on very low carbs diet. High protein and loads of veggies as much as you can.

Thank you Vica...I'm afraid this is going to end badly for me. I'm worse than ever and can't tell whether it's the candida or the withdrawal...
