Remedies after being in heat all day?

So I was outside most of the day doing yard work in the heat. I don't have much of a choice right now because we are selling our home ASAP so it had to get done. I have enough experience of being in the heat during withdrawal to know that tomorrow is probably not going to be pleasant as I already feel tired, crappy, shaky, ears ringing, head pressure,  etc.

 

I was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what really helps after being in the heat or doing too much work like that? Aside from water, resting, and cooling off. any suggestions are welcome!

That would be what I would do. Maybe a shower as well?  Try to find some "me" time, I know it's hard when you are getting your house ready to sell.  Quiet room, low light, soft music?
