Having a wave or a setback?

I feel like I did when I was getting off of the drugs. Having a hard time sleeping and feeling more anxious. I think it's from illness, I was recently diagnosed with a bad UTI, and I don't think it's the antibiotics. I started feeling worse when I started getting sick. I know stress can trigger waves.

 

The nausea is the worst, though, I'm back to having difficulty eating. The nausea could definitely be the antibiotics or the infection I guess. Perhaps the anxiety. I'm so done with be sick. Just let me live please.

I think any of us here can have a wave triggered by a stressful event, and a nasty infection certainly counts as that. Some of what you're feeling can just be the side effects of being sick too. It will get better as the illness passes. Sorry you're having a rough time right now.
