Is anyone gone through 10 months or so and found that they have cognitive decline? I am finding that whenever I have to solve problems, do some writing, or just basically think, that I get head pressure. Does this go away at all? Does your mental capacity return to what it was? Or is this now some sort of brain damage that doesn't heal...

Thank you for your insights,

colley,

You will heal; it just takes a while.

I have noticed significant cognitive decline as I've went through withdrawal.  My psychiatrist said it's part of the process.

I hope you feel better soon!

Hey Colley, glad to see you are still here and fighting. How is the depression? Hope you are feeling better than before...

Nothing tangible except I'm getting more frustrated and impatient with this... some good hours here and there. Thanks T.

Colley, I think feelings of frustration and impatience are a good sign that things are shifting.

I get pressure when working (doing tech work). i still solve all the issues, but it takes a toll on my brain

reading and concentration is hard

but i don't think that doing nothing will help either.

sometimes I feel dumb. i think that is normal. not sure when that resolves, but at 9 months I feel like I did not make progress

I'm three months plus out and my brain is the worst that it's ever been .. keep jumbling my words which can come out back to front and memory is crazy . Go into a room and forget why I did .. can't seem to hold a thought for long. I know my brain ( in theory) is ok as had a brain scan a few months ago for cancer checkup.. but this is really worrying. I read a lot about 'brain fog' but it's pretty non specific .does anyone experience the word jumble or loss of thought that .I am experiencing . And please tell me it gets better!

Terrible cognitive issues. Felt like my IQ dropped 30 points and my memory was shot. It clears up though. Slowly.
