Which should I taper first?

I have a failed attempt at tapering and it took a toll on my health. I might have to wait atleast one month to stabilize.

I was tapering lithium over the last 3 months and I.collpased I had a reaction every 15 min to every 2 hours. The weight I lost in 15 days was massive..Never understood why this happens. I lost full control of my body and had had to updose on lithium . Still very unstable. I was recommended to start over and taper klonopin and keep lithium around to help control symptoms but I dont think this is useful. I became hyper sensitive to lithium..

It never had much of an effect on me butnover the years it does cause blurry thinking, powerlesness, itnchanges my entire personality and I become careless and apathetic. It numbs me and I cannot even get angry or be responsive about much. Tapering lithium altho too fast and I had a much better approach to things like I was getting back to normal.

I wanted your thoughts on this...if you have experience with lithium and mania like or dispersonalized agitated states.

If leaving lithium slowly will give me more clarity and help me taper klonipin? Klonopin sedates me but it does not change my perception. I think this is key. Also....the topic of supplements overwhelms people but as a touchy subject Im better off asking what I can safely take and whats a no no. Or what has helped you keep.you stable during the taper? Thank you
