Lamictal withdrawal?

I'm still tapering off lamictal, I went cold turkey and had insane DP/DR and panic but I stabilized at 25mg and started tapering that. All was going well but now that I'm at about 6mg I'm starting to have really bad restlessness, fatigue, worsened cog fog and just feeling pretty weird. I'm hoping these feelings are related to the lamictal because it'll hopefully subside in a matter of days or weeks. Any thoughts? I'm pretty damn scared

I recently tapered from 300mg lamictal. The taper wasn't too bad yet it did set me on an emotional rollercoaster. Your experience could be lamictal related or it could be benzo or, possibly more likely, a combination. The glutamate system lamictal acts on is closely related to the GABA system that benzos act on. Hang in there. You're on the journey. The best healer is time.
