Guys I really don't think I can recover coming off valium again after 10years badly managed 10 years ago in and out of private hospital 5years shock treatment didn't need family all live nearby have for 3years mentally and physically abused me after my partner and friends left me .I won't to forget everything that's happened but my brain is so worn out I don't think I can recover I've had enough.i know I have a beautiful son but even that's no more keeping me fighting

I'm sorry you are going through all these misery. I hope you van find the strength to go on and get better. The healing might start once you are totally off the valium.
