When do these dumb mental symptoms start to fade? I'm 11 months out (longer then I was on) and still have lingering symptoms. I had a few okay days and it seems to be lessening. But they are here non the less. DP/DR, fatigue, and twitching/shacking.

It's impossible to say.  I've gone 90 days without sleep, terrified to draw breath, to do anything.  I've also gone 3 weeks and been infinitely better.  I've found that more than anything else, sleep is the most beneficial thing there is for the dp/dr, anxiety, etc.  The longer I spend awake, the worse my nightmare gets and the harder it is to fall asleep.  Getting a few hours of sleep gives your brain a chance to reset, makes the day bearable, and restores sanity to a passable level.  If you can sleep, hold on tight and don't seize.

do they come and go or are steady?

for me - my baseline is lets say 5-6/10, (10 feeling best 1 acute hell) sometime it jumps to 9-10, sometimes it goes down to 3.

thats 9 months out.  first 3 months my baseline was around 3-4. apart from week 2 which was acute hell.

so its still fairly bad, but much better then month 1-3. I feel like month was was a big improvement, and month 9 I have more windows.

I wish I knew when it will end too. it seems like many people are improving around 12 month mark

The main mental thing I have is racing mind or music loops..anxiety and depression slightly here and there. If the loops would go I'd feel close to done mentally. They tend to manifest mostly in waves now at least rather than constantly. I've read a lot people say they let up around a year.

Locutus: Like yesterday I was feeling a little better doing more stuff with ease but today I was hit with a wave. It's not as intense as usual but still bad non the less.

Klungo: I understand racing mind completely and I hope you're right about letting up around a year !!! If mental symptoms went away I would live so much happier!
