Lort have mercy.

I'll be 4 months off in 18ish days.

My leg muscles, especially my calves, stay so stiff and tense.

I have some twitching here and there, but it's mostly just a super tight feeling. Like the muscles can't relax.

How long before this let up for you?

It kind of freaks me out because at the beginning of this nightmare, back in feb, with the reaction I had to the first antipsychotic at one point my hands and feet drew in and my muscles got super tense. I couldn't move my hands or  fingers and it was really difficult to breathe. It never happened again, but tramatized me none the less.

Almost 7 months off here and musscle starting to relax. Legs started a little sooner when I started to walk every day. Also, regular stretching seems to help a lot (after some time )

Thank you!

I do notice if I sit for too long, I get super stiff. Movement does seem to be helpful. I look forward to the day when I can exercise without an eruption of symtpoms.

At seven months mine are still always stiff, but stretching and exercise helps.

Glad to hear exercise helps you!

Yes, me too.  Total body aches right now ("benzo flu"?).  Sea salt baths, heating pads and the occasional ibuprofen are my best friends right now.  Short walks are helpful, too.

I hope this symptom lets up for you soon!
