Is this the "head pressure" you all talk about?

I have I guess what you would call pressure in my forehead between my eyebrows and around my eyes. Is this the head presaure I see people mentioning?

My head pressure takes different forms. Sometimes it's mostly around my eyes like they are being squeezed or pushed out of my head. Other times it feels like there's a metal band around my head squeezing or like my brain is swollen and doesn't have enough room in my skull. Often there is ear pressure too like I can't "pop" or clear my ears by yawning. Most of the time it's all of the above together.

My 'hear pressure' is mostly in the middle of my head with a very constant and pounding feeling.  Sometimes I feel like hitting it with my hand to get some relief. "Head Pressure' is my worst symptom and intrusive is the second one.
