Oh ernieJ, my heart breaks for you. Your poem reflects exactly what I'm going through right now and today I feel so alone and unloved as well. If our families only knew what kind of hell we have been in for so long, but they can't possibly having never suffered anything remotely close. I hope that your family finds compassion, understanding and gives you the support you need.  My family thinks it's my fault for taking meds in the first place instead of using other coping strategies. What they seem to so quickly dismiss is the fact that I was such a mess that these strategies did very little at the time.
