Intrusive and obsessions thoughts and some compulsions

It seems many of my symtoms have been better and mild in their intensity except them the obsessions and intrusive . Are these symtoms improved for anyone ? Please share.

I believe I have these same symptoms too. Hasn't improved for me yet though and I'm almost one year out. What obsessions and intrusive thoughts do you have?

Me too , I think I have pure O. My intrusive thoughts jumps from one to another . Violent OCD , sexual OCD , harm OCD , existential OCD , HOCD / ROCD and some other weird obsessions I'm too embarrassed to type . I've been doing exposure therapy and cbt but still being tortured . I'm over a year out .
