Can anyone explain why this happens? I did heavy exercize(biking/running) when on .25 to .125 klonopin. Now that I've gone to 0.0, the least bit of exercize causes shortness of breath and dizziness.

Exercise stimulates the central nervous system that is trying to repair and heal. I don't know why it feels good to some and triggering to others during wd/recovery. When I exercise it increases the severity of many symptoms for me.
