How common is GI problems in w/d?

Does everyone have GI problems due to this withdrawal? I mean - how common is this among us? I read here that our stomach contains certain receptors such as GABA, which could be shocked by the time we start our withdrawal process. I myself struggle with gallbladder symptoms as well as stomach pain. I also had benign liver calcification and GERD, however I have managed my GERD through functional medicine means and also regained much of my energy since my healthy eating habit, which I believe has contributed greatly to my liver detoxification.

I don't think that everybody gets them, but a lot of people do.  I had a little nausea, bloating and loose stool for a while, but I didn't consider it a major withdrawal symptom for me.  I could usually handle most of it with diet.  I guess it's different for everybody.
