Are there people taking Ativan in here and are getting interdose withdrawals.

Agree with me that you need to take your dose at the excat times?

I take it 4 times a day and still get interdose. The half life is 12 or so hours from what I've heard. But your best bet is going 12pm 6pm 12am 6am. Or adjust for how long you sleep. Taking the dose at the same times helps somewhat. Definitely don't want to miss any with ativan.
