I'm into week 7 and have successfully avoided acute.  I'm dealing with a few mild sxs - T, neck tension and tingling in feet.  These go unnoticed when I am busy with life.  This is in stark contrast to the first half of my taper.  I attribute my uneventful walk-off to taking charge of my taper with some long holds and then slowing to a pace that kept wd to a minimum.

I'm somewhat reluctant to post this as so many here are suffering.  I do so in the chance that someone reading who is still tapering and having trouble might look at this as a method worth a try.

Wishing healing to all who are suffering.
