I jumped 15 days ago and have savage anxiety.  How much theanine do you take (how often and dose size) for anxiety and have you found any particular brand to be more effective.

I really like gaba/l theanine CREAM (you put it on your temples). It's by Xymogen and you have to get it through a dr. One pump a few times a day. i combine that sometimes with a bit of childrens benadryl chewables

Ive been taking a thenine I go from my ND. It has helped with calm and sleep.
