Need to taper again after 2 months relapse...start to feel bad

I had a relapse with some relief but not as much as I want. I have today 15 mg of Valium and I need to taper them off..My relapse was 2 months. First month was managable  I had Clonazepam but I got such bad depression and even more suicidal than ever. Switch to Valium with no problem..I have got such bad fatigue now and is very depressed. Now I had decide to taper V off.

Is this a good plan? Or shall I put it little higher like from 20 mg?

I'm sorry to hear you're having such a hard time. I'm not familiar enough with tapering schedules to give advice there, but it looks to me like you've got a good plan. Relapses suck, but they are part of the recovery process. It may be a good "adaptation" that you didn't get as much relief as you'd hoped, as it may make the medication less appealing in the future. You might remember it down the road and say, "that's just too much of a hassle." The anxiety and the suicidal feelings will pass. Rooting for you! Much love!

So it start to feel like I am going into some kind of stabilize.Strange, have many windows and feel almost normal. Guess I will stick to this plan a few more weeks.Windows today too very few sxs just very very tired.
