finally close to end of K taper...microtaper more, or alternate days?

hi guys,

 

i've been doing a slow taper from .5 mg K over the past year.  i was on it for approx 5 yrs for chronic headache/transformed migraines.  i was last on .125 for a few months, and just went down to .0625 a week ago. 

 

what do people tend to do once they get down to this?  microtaper with a scale, or every other day dosing?  i have been direct tapering. 

 

i was doing ok but now it's day 7 and i can feel the decrease...  i feel crappy and my GI tract is not happy but i want to keep going.  because i have the time to feel like crap next week.  but after that, not so much.  on the other hand, i've been slow and steady with this...
