Topical pain cream with ethanol

I found a migraine pain medicine online that has ethanol in it. Does anyone have any idea if this is safe to use topically? Will the alcohol be absorbed into blood stream? Product name Stopain Migraine. Thanks buddies!

I imagine some trace amount will pass thru, but that's all.  I work with alcohol a lot.  I spray it all over my arms to disinfect them before doing sterile work.  I've never felt any effects of the alcohol, and I easily put enough on my arms to kill me if it was absorbed.

I use 70% ethanol (140 proof) for sterilizing.  That's diluted from a 95% stock that we keep in the lab (we buy it in 5 gallon barrels).  I use a lot of alcohol for my work.
