Pain?

Can no one describe their physical pain? Is that a question you just don't ask? Is it because I spelled pain as oian? I've had this physical pain all over my body for eight months and it is so hard to put my finger on it. The only way I can explain it is that every cell in my body is screaming. Something I could imagine the bends would feel like. Please, educate me how else would I learn? God bless.

My physical pain includes: muscle stiffness, muscle & joint pain, muscles being tensed and I cannot get them to relax. Sharp pains in arms, legs, hands and back, burning skin, electric shocks all over, feeling extremely cold or hot, light/sound hurting my eyes and much more.
