Heel burning and nerves feeling

Hi all,

 

I have b12 deficiency and was given 6 shots in 15 days, I am also on b12 tablets, my b12 levels were 102. Now after eight weeks of b12 shots, I am feeling below again

1. Shortening of breath as breath stops for a second

2. Body shocks

3. Mouth sores

4.heart palpitations

5. Tummy pain specially on top right side it was fixed with b12 injections but came back again.

6.Dihrea

7.depression and terriable fatigue and tiredness

8.Lethargy

9.Zero interest in anything but keep on sitting or in bed.

10.weight loss again which started to get better after injections and going back down again

11.Felt more hungry after b12 injections and now again do not feel to eat anything.

And so on

 

My feet heals are burning and sometimes I feel something is beating up like pulse in my heels what is this ?

 

My prenicious anemia and celeiac trst cane back normal they have doubt of IBD after stool test but again they said my clolonscooy and its biopsies results were normal so they do not seems concerned,

 

Anyone there to help plz?

This is strange i just wanned to post about My feet , My heels are killing me strange burning feeling constantly and at the end of the day My feet Hurt like i have walked 1000 of miles also the ball of My right foot hurts constantly like it is broken......14 months not one day reliëf in this symptom.

Have it checked out but guess what nothings wrong.

Thanks for reply, front bit of my feet does not hurt or feel burn, but only heels feel burning, sometimes pain and also as it has a pulse bearing inside it.

My Achilles heel hurts some days while walking. Does it for you? When I bump it....ouch...it really hurts!!

Actually my heel burning and feeling hurt or feeling pulse in it is in rest as well infact while walking I do not feel much.
