Hi it's been a month since I jumped..this is my second time around but has been different..during my taper I only got a few bad days after every drop compared to weeks the first time which I wish myself lucky..been a month now..first 3 weeks nothing at all but past week I've been going downhill fast with dr/dp .. palpitations.. burning up all inside my body..sweating real bad..fingers swelling up and feel sick constant..this is so different from my first time around..is this wd?..i do feel more anxious and just not myself physically and mentally...i don't want to go running back to the docs or resort to taking a rescue dose..it comes and goes all day from nothing to full blown symptoms..i am also on 50mg of amitryptaline to help with my insomnia..i don't think it has anything to do with it has I've been on it for 6 months...any insight would be helpfully x

I'm just over a month out too, and feel your pain. The symptoms over the last few days have been unbelievable. But as you say, they come and go over the course of a day, and they don't seem to last as long as they did during the taper and acute withdrawal. This is my third time getting off, and it's by far the worst. I've read that after four weeks you do not want to reinstate unless there is some kind of an emergency, as it is hard to stabilize on the meds at this point, and you run the risk of kindling. Wishing us both some relief and sending out love.

thanks for the reply and keep strong to get through this again..since the first time I came off this I have since developed Chronic fatigue syndrome/ME which with the WD on top of this is pure hell..ive forgot how bad this was or my coping mechanism as blocked it out..i just don't remember having these symptoms..i guess it's different each time but these are definitely stronger and harder to deal with...nice to know there's someone else at the same point who understands..stay strong..we can do this again

Stay strong man, rescue doses set you back......rescued from discomfort? Crazy?  We've all been there. Breathe deep and buckle down, keep that shit out of your system
