Ask me WHYYYY I keep googling my damn symptoms .

My tinittus is getting louder and louder and now even making whooshing noises . & at night when I either have to much anxiety or none I can hear my heart beat in my ear .

Googling heartbeat in my ear came up with so many bad things that is sending my anxiety into over drive right now.

Had an MRI back in April and all was well, but the article I read also said MRIs can miss things.

Am i just being paranoid?

Don't call yourself paranoid. You're concerned about your health and have health anxiety to boot! You've suffered a lot and anything more is overwhelming. You're doing well even if it doesn't seem like it. Anxiety is a handful, anxiety enhanced by being on these drugs/coming off of them is worse. I didn't think my anxiety could get any more debilitating until I had the pleasure of being on a benzo and an SSRI I responded poorly to. It will get better and you will get to the point where you don't worry so much about things. You've been dealing with so much, anything after you heal is going to feel like a cake walk.

Here's another recent post concerning this issue: http://www.benzobuddies.org/forum/index.php?topic=186549.0

It does seem to be part of withdrawal. You're definitely not the only one! You're also not the only one with horrible health anxiety. I've had myself convinced too many times throughout this processes that I had a life threatening disease. I've seen doctors and have had tests done. All comes back normal. You just jumped not too long ago, right? It seems most people experience the worst within the first couple weeks or months of jumping. Give it time. You'll be better! And learn how to cope with your anxiety without the drugs. It's so much more freeing. If you're able to do some kind of therapy I highly recommend it.

I've had pulsatile tinnitus "head whooshing" since the day after I jumped.  It's WD.  Nothing else.  Don't google.  It's a fear mongering waste of time.

There’s another thread on pulsatile tinnitus that’s been recently bumped.  I wrote in both these threads back in 2017, two years ago.  I am now five years off and I still have it but it has greatly improved.  It’s a withdrawal symptom, benign like all the other ones.  It will leave when we’re completely healed.

Yes I’ll do that!

I have that on and off for years only in my right ear. Sometimes it can be seasonal allergy related due to excess fluid. Try to ignore it. When it hits me I can only sleep on my back or left side.
