Now a question has arisen that is really making me worried.

I've always had a hard time concentrating. I've never been a very organized person and I'm also very well off.

Is it possible that I have ADHD in comorbidity with OCD? Or is this just OCD? How much of this can impair the CBT treatment I'm doing for OCD?

I have a good insight, but i cant stop this fucking obsessive thoughts!
