Cut today - no more clonazepam

Hi Everyone,

 

I had been taking 0.1 mg of clonazepam for two and a half weeks and now I've dropped to nothing. Here goes....

 

Wish me luck all. Let's hope the crazy DP and OCD doesn't get too bad.

Hi Craggles! Good luck! I dropped from a higher dose and wish I had been as low as yours.  I'm sure your healing will be far better  Clonazepam is evil, now it's gone, Good luck!

Thanks guys. Day two and noticed a bit of tinnitus- but honestly I've gotten so good at the CBT stuff from the OCD therapy that that's a walk in the park in comparison!! Fingers crossed it keeps going well.
