I just don't know anymore

Anyone almost 14 mos off and having major gi issues? I had a dental cleaning today and I'm a dental hygienist and was so embarrassed with how bad the condition of my mouth was. I ended up needing arestin which is a small dosage antibiotic. I feel so sick right now and my stomach and I can't sleep at all. No idea how i will work tomorrow. My stomach seems to be an ongoing issue and a few months back I seemed to be getting better. I am really besides myself and I feel so dizzy it's almost 4 am and NO SLEEP at all. I legit feel like this is acute again.

Yes, I know exactly how you feel. I am 16 months out and at month 15, felt like I was starting all over from the beginning. At month 14 I was relishing in the comfort of how far I had come and how much I had improved. Now, i feel like I haven't improved one bit over acute. Head pressure, facial pressure/pain, muscle spasms head to toe, etc. Etc.  So discouaging!

Me three! I'm almost a year off k in September. I did fine the first 6-8 months. Now it seems to be getting worse with each passing month. The stomach issues started a few months ago, and now neck pain and headaches. What gives? I feel like I'm going crazy. Very depressed to feel this crappy this far out. When does it start to get better? Insomnia returned and anxiety super ramped
