Anxiety htting and head humming late at night

My head has been humming a lot thesepast few days, Especially in the right ear, I can even feel the vibration there. It's really loud right now and I can't fall asleep because of it even though it's after midnight and I'm really tired. It started freaking me out and my heart started pounding. I'm on vacation at my parents' and will be arriving back at the hotel tomorrow and flying back home the next day. I'm worried I won,t get any sleep because of the noise, worried it permanant, etc. does anyone else have a low pitched humming noise in their head? Is this withdrawal anxiety setting it off or is there just something wrong with me?

Ear pressure too.
